Shipping

We offer complimentary local shipping, complete with tracking, on all orders with no minimum spend.

Kindly allow us 2-3 business days for order processing after your purchase. All orders will be dispatched via SingPost Smartpac, and will take 3-4 business days to reach you.

*Smartpac delivers to your letterbox on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).

Please ensure that delivery addresses are accurately provided during the checkout process. We will not assume responsibility for the cost of redelivery in the event where parcels are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

*We currently do not offer worldwide shipping, however, we are committed to exploring this option. Stay tuned for more updates!

Packaging

By default, we package all items together in a single pouch, with individual air-tight bags per item. We love our planet and we want to reduce waste.

We have 2 packaging options available for you, which can be chosen when you are at the checkout page:

  • Standard Packaging - Single pouch
  • Sustainable Packaging - No pouch

*All item comes with its own individual air-tight bag for storage
