Exchange Policy

Only defective or incorrect items will be eligible for exchange. We will do a one-to-one exchange for you with shipping cost borne by us, subject to stock availability. 

Kindly email the following details to contact@luminary.sg within 7 days upon receiving your parcel:

  • Order number
  • Description and clear photo of the defect or incorrect item

Any requests for exchange after the stipulated timeframe will not be accepted. Do note that exchanges are only confirmed after our confirmation.

In the event that the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed to refund you in the form of store credits. These store credits will remain valid for 10 months from the date of issuance and will be provided in the form of a voucher code. You can apply this code for an offset on your next purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.


Please note that item must be unworn and in its original condition. In the rare circumstances that the item returned to us is in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.
